has parking in the front of the building however when the
lot is full there is the 25th Street lot
has 244 public parking spaces, and is open to new entry from
8:00 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. daily. Rates are $1.00 up to 1
hour, $3.00 up to 2 hours, $5.00 up to 3 hours, $7.00 over 3
hours, after 5:00 p.m. a flat rate of $5.00. A monthly
parking pass is available; the cost is $40.00 a month plus a
one-time refundable $10.00 deposit. Drivers who present a
valid drivers license with a Virginia Beach address can park
for $1.00 after 5:00 p.m. Parking for motorcycles is not
